1. Shipping Timeline

US Estimated delivery for all orders is 4-14 business days from the date of shipment. International Estimated delivery for all orders is 14-24 business days from the date of shipment.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Bralessness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen events outside of our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship Domestic (US) and International.
International shipping may be subject to applicable customs duties, taxes, and import regulations.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Bralessness is not liable for lost or damaged packages after this point.

6. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
