1. Return Window

We offer a 60-day return policy. You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.
Items must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

5. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.
Items must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with all tags, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at bralessnessshop@gmail.com.
